TUNNEL REPAIR WATER LEAKAGE
After determining the areas of leaks and pressures select from the Cormix Injection range
the most appropriate water stopping materials. As an ,example, the following may be undertaken
SEGMENTAL AND INSITU CONCRETE TUNNELS
Drill through the tunnel lining and correctly space packers
Inject Contite G600 hydrophilic gel mixed 1 to 5 with water or as determined by water flow to form a waterproof membrane on the positive side of the tunnel .
Leaking joints can be sealed using G600 oakhum method and waterproof mortar Conpatch 600
Insitu concrete tunnel or underpasses such as cut and cover after injection with Contite PUE300/301 moisture tolerant polyurethane resin apply to all surfaces Contite ACCI
Leaking expansion joints seal with G600 and Conflex Band Hypalon strip 200mm wide 2mm thick fixed with epoxy
