Cormix International Ltd is a British owned Company developing and manufacturing construction chemicals in Minburi, it serves the construction industry both locally and internationally in various market sectors including infrastructure, heavy industry and utilities.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations manager as a Sales Manager  your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Pro-actively expand the business foundation further by actively seeking new prospects and opportunities in line the company goals & strategy.
  • Create new relationships and accounts via a close relationship focus, and understanding the customers needs.
  • Promotion of alternative and additional opportunities to suit our customers individual objectives. with a view to improving their position and worth in the marketplace.
  • Deliver the core company values via an understanding of our solutions offering portfolio inline with your given strategy focus (in depth, ongoing training will be provided as per requirement)
  • Engage develop and maintain effective business relationships with key consulting engineers, utility owners and applicators .
  • To work closely with our support functions (Marketing, Technical, R&D) to ensure a high rate of conversion from specification to sales in line with the companies strategic direction.
  • Develop the market to achieve the strategy, budgets and margins.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years relevant experience with existing contacts in the construction or concrete repair industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Relevant Subject
  • You have an existing network of connections within the construction sector in relation to consulting engineers, applicators or infrastructure and utility owners .
  • You have excellent sales management experience
  • Solid reporting ability and transparency.
  • Sound MS Office skills.
