CONPATCH FMM

A specially formulated flowable marine mortar, based on crystalline waterproofing chemistry

Use in the repair of large voids and sections in an aggressive marine environment. It is used to protect concrete structures in coastal environments subjected to chloride and sulphate exposure in splash and tidal zones

CONPATCH MC

High strength, shrinkage compensated free flowing micro concrete.

Use in large volume concrete repair sections both vertical & horizontal. Void filling, pile cap & difficult access repairs.

Approx. 77-78 x 25 kg bags will yield 1 m³ of grout depending on water content.

CONGROUT FR

A precision non-shrink cementitious grout with corrosion & fire resistance properties.

Used under machine base plates, bridge bearings and all areas repairing precision grouting with corrosion & fire resistance.

76 x 25 kg bags & 285 litres of water for approx.  1 m³ of mortar.

CONGROUT 1000

Non shrink, pre-mixed, cementitious fine precision grout for gaps down to 5 mm.

For grouting narrow gaps under machine base plates, columns, crane rails, bridge bearings etc.

74-78 x 25 kg bags for approx. 1m³ of grout depending on water content.

CONGROUT RES

Very rapid early strength, non shrink cementitious precision grout.

For use where early loading is required, 25 N/mm² at approx. 2 hours. 40-50 N/mm² at 6-8 hours.

74-75 x 25 kg bags +294 ltr of water for approx. 1m³ of grout for fluid consistency. 72-74 x 25 kg bags +243.6 ltr of water for approx. 1m³ of grout for pourable consistency.

CONPATCH GC

A premixed, prebagged one component cementitious shotcrete for concrete repair.

Use in large repairs of concrete structures such as bridges, jettys, wharves, fly overs, building fecades, columns & soffits.

CONGROUT UWG

A non-shrink cement based grout for underwater applications.

Design for use in underwater or tidal zones such as bridge & quay columns, concrete piling. slipways, dams & other underwater structures.

Approx. 67-70 bag x 25 kg for approx 1 m³ grout depending on water content.
