Hydrophillic polyurethane gels Contite G600 replaces dated acrylate gel technologies which are corrosive, 4 part, difficult to use and shrink. Contite G600 can be injected neat or from 1:1 – 1:5 with water
Contite G600 and water has a very low viscosity similar to water giving very high penetrating characteristics flowing with water into cracks fissures and voids expanding and sealing.

Polyurethane gels via their affinity with water seal and waterproof forming a permanent waterproof barrier. The product Contite G600 is very easy to use unlike acrylates being one part, is non toxic, non corrosive and environmentally friendly.

Contite G600
A hydrogel injection grout. Used to stop heavy water leakage. Reacts with water over a range of ratios to form elastic foams, rubbery gasket or elastomeric waterproof gel.
Typical areas of use include shutting off water seepage, forming a positive side waterproof membrane with below grade structures injected from the negative side, for reinjectable hoses & soil stabilization, prevention of water leakage in sewerage and drain pipes, ground stabilization, prevention of water leaks through expansion or construction joints.
