Concrete track slabs can deteriorate through repeated loading, impact, and long-term service conditions. Condur EGHES(M) provides an ultra-high early strength repair solution for rapid reinstatement of damaged concrete surfaces where short maintenance windows and early reopening are required.

Rail Crossing Reinstatement & Slab Lifting
Settlement and voids beneath railway crossings can affect track level, slab stability and long-term performance. Fast-reacting rigid polyurethane foam can be injected beneath the affected structure to fill underlying voids, stabilise supporting ground and assist in restoring the slab or track to the required level.
Restoring Stability Beneath the Track
The polyurethane system is injected through controlled injection points beneath the affected slab. As the material reacts and expands, it fills underlying voids and transfers controlled lifting forces to the structure, allowing settlement to be corrected while improving support beneath the repaired area.
