Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve cementitious and epoxy construction chemical formulations.
• Conduct laboratory testing and performance evaluations.
• Support product development from laboratory to commercial production.
• Prepare technical documentation and product specifications.
• Collaborate with production, QC, suppliers, and technical teams.
• Ensure products comply with ASTM, EN, and relevant international standards.
• Investigate product performance and manufacturing improvements.
• Monitor new technologies and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in construction chemical product development
• Strong knowledge of cement chemistry and epoxy technologies
• Experience with laboratory testing and product formulation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate in English
